Description
This was part of the Highway to Hell tour and was originally scheduled for two nights at the Mayfair. The first night was cancelled due to a fire at the venue which was subsequently re-arranged for January 1980. We have both nights available to choose from.
The AC/DC concerts at this venue were legendary, with the band returning for these gigs even though they could have sold out bigger venues in the city.
These posters are printed on ‘day glo’ orange paper which was the same stock used on the original posters. Very few of the original posters are in existence today and those that are available are usually in poor condition. These reprints are your chance to own a piece of Newcastle’s rock history
